In July 2022, I founded M&T Engravings with a simple idea and a laser engraver. In less than a year, it grew into a thriving custom product business. From the ground up, I led all aspects of brand development, product design, user experience, and marketing strategy. I gained real-world experience through revenue-generating design work driven by fast turnarounds and high customer expectations.

Through hands-on collaboration with individual customers and business clients, I translated creative ideas into tangible, high-quality engraved products. I designed the e-commerce experience, crafted the visual identity, produced content across digital channels, and continuously iterated based on customer feedback and sales data.
